Radically Reconnect

Radically Reconnect

It all started when…

I sat down with some friends for coffee a couple of years ago. We were talking about their busy lives, their jobs that required working all hours of the day, including weekends. And one friend in particlar, told me that he gives jobs his all, then leaves his jobs, takes a break, and starts that cycle all over again.

Of course it is his prerogative, I do wonder though. How effective is that in the long run? How does it affect being connected to yourself and others in the here and now? And, is it healthy for leaders to reward such organisational cultures, where staff work until they have nothing left to give?

On top of this, we are currently faced with a totally new reality. For some of us that busy job is now in our living room, possibly surrounded by children. Yes, what a strange time we are living through. A global pandemic with associated economic uncertainties in a virtually connected world, where the majority of us live in cities away from nature to escape to.

What does this combination of factors do to our minds and our bodies? How can we honour ourselves, and take agency of our fears and wishes?

Radically Reconnect is designed to answer these questions and more.

Testimonials

I walked away from the course with a renewed sense of purpose and inspired by global community (participants in our group were living and working all over the world). Finally, the moderation was so thoughtful that it allowed us to be vulnerable and brave in sharing our lives.

Virginie and Lise are great, nurturing guides, particularly when it comes to navigating difficult “sticking points,” and created a calm, safe atmosphere for participants. I felt supported and heard, which is exactly why I needed to take the course to begin with. Thank you!

The program gave me tools and practices that help me reconnect, insights as how I spend my time, what energizes me and depletes me, and awareness about habits and behaviors that limit me.
