“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” - Sir Isaac Newton

Do you ever feel like we’re living in a special time in history, a time of disruption and a time of possibility? Where humanity is experiencing turbulence due to an intense shift in the way the world works. There is a rapid shift from industrial to mostly knowledge-based economies, which has resulted in a profound change in the way we relate to ourselves, to each other, to our organisations and to the planet.

Of course change is ongoing, nature reminds us of that every day. It can bring about improvement but also challenges. It can excite and it can scare us. The speed and the depth of change around us are intensifying. Our individual and collective actions seem to have quicker reactions. We are experiencing a heightened sense of immediacy and urgency.

As a result, the demands placed on us are changing, and we find ourselves needing to adapt continuously. Flexibility and resilience have become key to navigating our lives both professionally and privately, individually and collectively.

Demands on organisations are changing too. There is a continuous need to adapt. More and more groups are seeking to be the catalyst for systemic change, creating an environment where solutions emerge. Individuals, too, are looking for alternatives. Great initiatives are started and propelled each day. We have all the solutions within ourselves to make the positive shift required by the changing world around us.

My aim is to coach individuals and teams to navigate their way through these times of disruption, seizing opportunities and co-creating solutions in the face of this fast-changing world.
