Executive Coaching

Your Need

  • You are facing challenges meeting the demands of the various stakeholders in your organisation and are in need of a safe environment to analyse the situation and find new ways of tackling them.

  • You have agreed a new strategy for your organisation and now the implementation of the change is at your doorstep. There are clear new directions of travel and new structures are in place. Now, you want to tackle the softer changes, such as behaviour. This starts with you. You want to lead by example and therefore want to put your own actions, habits and behaviours under the microscope and change them to better reflect the new strategy.

  • You are faced with interpersonal difficulties with one or more members of your team or board member.

  • You need to look at the composition of your team and identify what needs to be addressed to improve performance.

  • You have been promoted into a new position and want to explore how to assume this position and build a positive working relationship with your team and peers.

My Offer

Executives carry a big responsibility towards the success of an organisation, whether in civil society- or commercial sector. Senior leaders have to contend with varying needs at many different levels-- staff, shareholders, governance bodies, external stakeholders, overall long-term organisational mission to name a few.

As a client-centred coach, I aim to support executives in their journey. Together we examine and work on the areas requiring special attention, be that overcoming relational hurdles, performance issues, behaviour modification and/or personal growth objectives.

The environment in which we work is confidential and aims at building on individual strengths and the client’s own resources and resilience.

Mental Resilience Coaching

Your Need

  • You have had a burnout and have come out at the other end. Now you are facing reintegrating into your work and you need to renegotiate your relationship with the work itself, colleagues and line manager alike.

  • You sometimes feel overwhelmed by work, conflicting demands and needs from yourself and/or others.

  • The world in which we live is draining you from energy and you feel too tired to engage at the level you would like to be able to.

  • You have been saying something needs to change in your life and you have a feeling of being stuck in a rut.

My Offer

Mental resilience/fitness and mental illness are the two sides of the mental health coin. For mental illness seeking out a psychiatrists or therapist is advisable. I can refer you to professionals if needed.

Mental fitness on the other hand, is something we can all work on and where I can give a helping hand.

We have burnouts, stresses, we feel stuck. We carry our personal baggage that can at times weigh us down. We contend with living in a world of climate change, geo-political changes, fast pace of life, conflicting demands and social media amongst other issues. This can lead leave us feeling overwhelmed and at times unable to cope. We know solutions are out there but need help navigating them.

I work with my clients to embrace the world as it is, by creating space to feel, experiencing the power of stillness, allowing the solutions that come bubbling up and build resilience to cope and act.

Team Coaching

Your Need

  • Your team wants to translate organisational culture and/or new strategic direction into team- and individual behaviours and objectives.

  • Your team wants to perform better together.

  • There is an underlining unease within your team and you can’t quite put your finger on the issue at hand.

My Offer

My work with teams is participatory in nature, this to ensure ownership by the participants. I work closely with the task giver to co-create a process that fits the needs of the team.

When implementing a new culture and/or strategy, it sometimes necessitates different behaviour from your team. We will work at creating awareness regarding the current behaviour and way of working, we will identify preferred behaviour in line with new strategy and/or culture and practice how it will look, feel and sound like.

Awareness building is crucial when working with teams to improve performance as well as addressing underlining problems. Tools such as deep listening, emotional intelligence and empathy will be explored. Thereby furthering team cohesion, understanding and awareness.
