My Offer

My work with teams is participatory in nature, this to ensure ownership by the participants. I work closely with the task giver to co-create a process that fits the needs of the team.

When implementing a new culture and/or strategy, it sometimes necessitates different behaviour from your team. We will work at creating awareness regarding the current behaviour and way of working, we will identify preferred behaviour in line with new strategy and/or culture and practice how it will look, feel and sound like.

Awareness building is crucial when working with teams to improve performance as well as addressing underlining problems. Tools such as deep listening, emotional intelligence and empathy will be explored. Thereby furthering team cohesion, understanding and awareness.
