“If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.” - Maya Angelou
I was born in Liège, Belgium but followed my parents around the world throughout my youth. This allowed me to learn about different cultures and helped me understand the importance of resilience and keeping mentally fit as you navigate the challenges of new environments. These experiences growing up, led me to read Psychology and Management at Universities in the Netherlands, USA and UK.
Over the 20 plus years of my professional life I have applied both my life and academic learning to the fields of Organizational Development in Not-for Profits, humanitarian work and most recently coaching.
Fascinated by how we deal with and effect change at a societal, organisational, and individual level, I now work with teams and individuals as a coach and consultant. Clients are at the centre of my approach which is collaborative and co-creative. I strongly believe that the change we seek is already inside ourselves; we just need help in bringing it out. I also believe that all life forms are interconnected and this should be taken into account as we seek connection and acceptance of what the world is for each of us.
As much as I love doing what I do, I enjoy creative outlets and dabble in photography, calligraphy and other similar hobbies.
